Pop-up picnics
At Gatherings Luxury Events our bread and butter are pop-up picnics. What started off in California quickly became popular in the UK - especially during the pandemic. You can host an amazing picnic in your own space, hired venue or public space. All picnics are customisable just let us know in your email what you would like.
Balloon installations
Gone are the days of two different colour balloon arches. Balloon art is where it’s at and our installations can give any space the wow factor. We use biodegradable balloons and use our own double stuff method to create custom colours and shapes. Balloon installations can be any size required just let us know what you would like.
event prop hirE
You can hire Gatherings Luxury Events props separately. Are you getting married and just want one peacock chair? Or could really do with a event tent for the weekend? Or even need a mini teepee for your little ones birthday party. We are more than happy to hire out individual items, please contact us for prices.
BESPOKE DESIGN
The majority of our work is unique! Although we have themes to choose from, bespoke design is the most popular route for our clients to take. We can create a unique event for you, whether you want a bell tent, a bouncy castle or fancy something completely different; we can create it for you. The possibilities are endless. CUSTOM SIGNS & INVITES
An invite can set the scene for your event and get your guests excited for what’s to come. Gatherings Luxury Events also create custom signs and invitations for your occasion. You can then keep them as a special memento from your fabulous day. Please see below for examples of our signs/invites.
